GERMANY'S VET DUAL SYSTEM
Do you know that VET (FP) in Spain will change to be similar to the German dual system?
10 teachers in the Valencian Community, including myself :-) have visited Germany to learn about the Dual VET System.
What does the Dual VET System consist of?
> 3 days in the week they work at a company (with half the salary)
What advantages brings doing your training in Germany?
- You know from the very beginning the work you will do.
- You get formation according to real needs.
- There is great need of well-formed in VET students, so there is a high probability of getting a job after your training.
Requirements:
- Basic German
- Leonardo/Erasmus Scholarship
